When the Charlotte Tilbury line was launched I was desperate to get my hands on something. I really wish I could see the products in person but as they're only available in Selfridges at the moment, I had to take a bit of a gamble. I didn't go for any of the base products as I have no idea what shade I'd be; and I didn't choose any of the eye palettes, because I simply couldn't choose a favourite online. I opted for one of the Colour Chameleon eyeshadow pencils, and as I have hazel eyes, reducing my choices to two shades made it all the easier for me.
I chose Golden Quartz, as it had that edge of neutrality which I like - I didn't really feel like rocking an Emerald shade as my first try as that's a little out of my comfort zone. The idea behind offering two shades is one for day, and one for night. I'd say it's personal preference really. I have worn this during the day, but with a bit of smudgy dark brown eyeliner it's perfect for night time, and for me personally - I prefer something a little more dialed down for general day-to-day. This is a beautiful product and it's really easy to use.
I would highly recommend these if you're looking for a special treat, just pick up one of the shades to suit your eye colour and you're good to go! You can buy the Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleons for £19.00.

These pencils look so gorgeous. Great choice to go for! I can't choose between the palettes either. Can't we just have them all?? Haha xx
ReplyDeleteI would love them all, but I think I'd need to rob a bank first! x
DeleteThese look great and I'm actually taking a trip to Selfridges tomorrow since it's my day off. Might have to treat myself haha. I'm really wanting the Amethyst one for my works Christmas party, I'm hoping it might give a bit more colour definition to my pale green/blue eyes. Great post!
