I bought this a while ago, during the hype hysteria for it that circulated through the bloggersphere.  I have to say, I'm kinda glad I did!  Jouer Matte Moisture Tint (in case you didn't know, or didn't guess) is a matte tinted moisturiser.  That in itself is quite amazing.  I don't know about you but, it always seems to be the assumption that those with oily skin would just love to be wearing full coverage at all times, as that seems to be what's on the beauty market.  Do they not know that you can have good skin that's oily?  Oily and spotty don't go hand in hand always so it's nice to have a lighter coverage option if you fall into that category.  Unfortunately I don't always, and have suffered acne since I was about 11 years old, but as I've grown older (and used numerous lotions and potions) my skin on the whole has massively improved with the odd breakout here and there; although my breakouts tend to be pretty bad and take weeks to heal (hence the severe lack of my face on my blog for the last good while).

L: No makeup. R: Jouer Matte Moisture Tint only.
Jouer Matte Moisture Tint, while being luxuriously thick and creamy, does not feel heavy on the skin.  I hate when I'm wearing a base that I can just feel sitting on the skin.  The coverage of this tinted moisturiser is also really good, it covers more than my Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser (oil free version of course).  So it does a pretty good job at covering the odd mark that a spot leaves behind.  If like me you prefer a lighter coverage, with even just a good concealer where you need it (some of the many craters I get on my face are hidden with Vichy Dermablend) I'd recommend this base.  It has active ingredients (titanium dioxide and zinc oxide) which help soak up the oils in the skin, so I can go a full day with this on and not appear oily.  Although, as it is a tinted moisturiser it does start to fade on the skin by about 6 hours (in my experience).  It has SPF 15 (UVA and UVB protection) so great if you're out in the sun.

The blurb on the tube states; OIL-FREE, HYPOALLERGENIC, FRAGRANCE FREE, PERFECT FOR ALL SKIN TYPES.

There is only one of these I disagree with, which gets to my only negative of this product.  If you have dry skin, or dehydrated patches on the skin; this with separate and cling like crazy.  My skin definitely gets dehydrated, which has resolved due to some handy skincare, but before I got the knack of what my skin needs in terms of skincare, this product did not work for me.  So if you're dry or dehydrated skin ladies, and you still love the matte look - moisturise like crazy before you use it!

Jouer Matte Moisture Tint and MAC Lingering Brow Pencil only.
It's available on Cult Beauty for £29.00 for 50ml (not sure where you get it if you're not in the UK I'm afraid).  I'd recommend reading the reviews on the website as well if you're still unsure about it. As I said, I'm not convinced it'll work for dry/dehydrated skin.  It works for my oily/breakout prone/not dehydrated any more skin though!
