I'd been dying to get my hands on BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector ever since I seen Lisa Eldridge use it in one of her tutorial videos a couple of years ago.  Low and behold BECCA went off the UK radar and stopped selling here for a while, just as I'd discovered them - they're back now at Space NK so fear not fellow Britons.  I ended up getting my mitts on this in Sephora in NY, at a fabulously massive BECCA display (please Space NK Glasgow, can we have one?!).  Pearl seemed like the best option for me because I'm really pale, and even when I have a tan, I'm still paler than most.  It comes in a few colours to suit different skin tones though, so you wont get that ashy look if you're a dark skinned beauty.  This is without a doubt my FAVOURITE discovery of 2013 - big statement but there you go!  As someone with oily skin I'd always struggled to achieve that 'glow'.  Most products fail me in that department and I end up looking like an oil slick (unfortunately without the pretty rainbow parts).  Either that or I didn't have the option and had to go for a shimmery spangly highlight option; which I also like but not all of the time.  BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector allows me to add the glow where I need it.  I powder through the center and blend this on the high points of my face.  Surprisingly this also works really well for me mixed with tinted moisturizer for an all over glow.  It's so subtle, and is definitely skin perfecting.  It diffuses light beautifully giving me a flawless look.  Who doesn't want to look flawless?  It also has SPF 25 making it perfect for fresh faced, perfect skin days.
